Position Summary
In this role you will support the warehouse in daily needs. Duties include inspecting products and keeping records of damaged, defective, shortages, movement of and expired products using computer systems and inventory management software. You will check inventory records to determine availability of requested products; compile and inspect incoming and outgoing kits for compliance with specifications and usage; clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure safety compliance;
confer with distribution, sales, shipping, warehouse, or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace deliveries; investigate customer complaints and track service levels, solving discrepancies; work with internal resources for alternative product obtainment (e.g., loaner bank, other warehouses, consignments); deliver equipment to customer sites and arrange merchandise for transport (on delivery and return); organize, retrieve, or place goods from/into stock. Other duties may be assigned.
Resumen of daily warehouse support duties including:
- Inspect products and maintain accurate records of damaged, defective, shortages, movement, and expiration.
- Check inventory availability and manage kit compliance with specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas for safety.
- Coordinate with distribution, sales, shipping, warehouse, or carriers to expedite or trace deliveries.
- Investigate customer complaints and track service levels; resolve discrepancies.
- Engage internal resources for alternative product obtainment (e.g., loaner bank, other warehouses, consignments).
- Deliver equipment to customer sites and arrange merchandise for transport (on delivery and return).
- Organize, retrieve, or place goods from/into stock.
- Must live in Lenexa, KS or surrounding area within reasonable driving distance.
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation; attendance and punctuality are important.
- Physical ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
- At least 2 years of experience in warehouse or inventory control; fast-paced environment experience preferred.
- Strong prioritization, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Attention to detail; ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Professional demeanor, punctual, ethical, and with high integrity; self-motivated and adaptable.
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
Pay: $23.25 per hour | Weekly Pay
W-2 status | This is a special project with hopes to transition to a full-time, permanent role with our customer in December 2026.
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.; weekend calls and extra hours required on a rotating basis.
