Professional Delivery Driver​/VMI Specialist

EFC International is seeking a Professional Delivery Driver / VMI Specialist who enjoys being the face of the company, building trust with customers, and ensuring products are delivered—and managed—correctly.

This role is ideal for experienced professional drivers who do not necessarily hold a CDL
, but take pride in safe driving, exceptional service, and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate company vehicles (flatbed, box truck, pickup)

• Deliver products accurately and on time to customer locations

• Support Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) by checking inventory levels, restocking, rotating product, and reporting discrepancies

• Provide professional, customer-focused service at each stop

• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently

• Plan efficient routes to meet delivery schedules

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

• Verify orders, counts, and delivery paperwork

• Communicate clearly with customers, dispatch, and warehouse staff

• Assist with warehouse duties and inventory as needed

• Operate forklifts when required (training provided)

• Professional driving experience in a delivery or commercial setting (non-CDL)

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Attention to detail and comfort working with inventory

• Missouri residents:
  Class E driver’s license (or willingness to obtain) and clean driving record

• Ability to lift and move heavy materials regularly

• Forklift experience a plus

• Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screen
