We're looking for a Journeyman Electrician to join our growing Services Group. This role is key to supporting project execution by installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in commercial and industrial environments. You'll ensure jobsite safety, maintain quality standards, and troubleshoot electrical issues with precision and professionalism.
What You'll Do

• Perform electrical installations and repairs across commercial and industrial projects.
• Interpret blueprints, hand sketches, and schematics to execute project scope.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in electrical circuits, systems, and equipment.
• Work independently on tasks such as conduit bending, wire pulling, threading, and terminations.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment necessary for trade assignments.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safe working conditions.
• Maintain compliance with state and local electrical codes and company safety policies.
• Prepare daily and weekly field reports.
• Ensure proper use and care of company equipment and materials.
• Support commissioning and other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience through on-the-job training or completion of an electrical apprentice program.
• Valid driver's license in state of residence.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Experience in commercial and industrial electrical work is a plus.
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, squat, crawl, and maintain balance during tasks.

Travel
This position may require occasional overnight travel with weekend trips home.
