Security Officer - Flex Lobby Desk

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff at the front desk by following procedures and policies;
Control access by greeting and screening entrants, issuing visitor credentials, and directing individuals to destinations;
Monitor alarms, cameras, and communications systems and document unusual activity;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify appropriate personnel;
Maintain accurate logs and reports, including incident documentation and handoff communication
