WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGReporting to the Vice President of Sales, you will be a key point of contact for customers and internal teams. You will manage a fast-paced flow of orders, communication, and coordination to ensure accuracy and exceptional service. This role will also be responsible for:
- Build and maintain daily working relationships with existing customers
- Prepare and manage customer quotations
- Process sales and purchase orders with precision and attention to detail
- Expedite orders and proactively communicate status updates
- Coordinate with shipping, delivery, and warehouse teams
- Review and manage daily open order reports
- Anticipate and resolve issues before they impact the customer
- Prior experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales support
- Experience in industrial or fastener distribution is a plus
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Experience using AI tools and business systems/software
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Highly intuitive and customer-focused
- Extremely organized with strong personal systems
- Skilled at prioritizing based on urgency and impact
- Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy
- Calm and steady under pressure
- Proactive problem solver who takes ownership
- Strong communicator who asks questions, listens well, and delivers solutions

Starting Salary: $55,000+ and an exceptional annual bonus program based on team sales performance
