- Ability to travel overnight 60%-70% of the time, predominantly by car
- Experience in the construction equipment industry
- Strong networking skills with a focus on building long-term business relationships
- Demonstrated ability to execute a basket selling approach
- Familiarity with market trends and competitive landscape in the territory
