Sales Account Specialist – Retail – Unrivaled Teamwear
Job OverviewSeeking a driven and self‑motivated Account Specialist to join our team and play a key role in maintaining and growing our retail business relationships. This multi‑brand sales position supports the Retail Key Account Manager with daily tactical and operational execution for our largest retail customers. The role works closely with Unrivaled Teamwear’s cross‑functional departments to execute business plans, develop direct working relationships with internal teams and key customer contacts, and drive positive outcomes.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- Support the Key Account Manager in enhancing customer relationships and driving additional sales.
- Act as the primary internal and external contact for our fastest‑growing retail customers.
- Coordinate with the customer service team on daily and seasonal order entry, including creation, organization, and distribution of product setup forms and web images.
- Provide regular updates to customers on account status, shipping, order updates, new product opportunities, and other relevant information.
- Proactively identify customer opportunities and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with multiple internal teams, including all levels of management, to complete daily tasks.
- Participate in the preparation and implementation of seasonal product reviews by attending internal sales meetings and external customer product presentations.
- Identify process improvements to manage the business more efficiently.
- Review point‑of‑sale reporting, audit customer websites and store locations to identify opportunities, issues, additional customer needs, and propose action steps.
- Maintain and update customer account information to ensure accuracy and currency.
- Bachelor’s degree (BA, BS) preferred or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of sales support, sales analytics, customer service, or related experience.
- Understanding of sales terminology, retail math, and
-Metric. - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Shared Drives/Files, and Adobe.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
