You’ll be the go‑to expert for connecting talented individuals in the skilled trades with fantastic career opportunities! Your typical day includesSpend your day connecting with exciting companies to understand their hiring needs and use your listening and influencing skills to secure great job openings for our talented candidates. Match skilled professionals with the right opportunities and guide them through the interview process to land their dream job.
Your responsibilities include- Driving sales and achieving placement targets: directly responsible for hitting sales goals by successfully placing skilled trades professionals with client companies.
- Owning the full placement cycle: from identifying candidates to finalizing offers, manage the entire process with a focus on efficient and successful placement.
- Building client trust and delivering results: accountable for understanding client needs and consistently delivering high‑quality talent that meets their specific requirements.
- Proactively developing a strong talent pipeline: take ownership of building and maintaining a network of skilled candidates to readily fill current and future client openings.
- Monitoring and improving performance: track key metrics such as time‑to‑fill and client satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and maximize placement success.
- At least 3 years of success in direct hiring.
- Successful record meeting personal goal targets through new client acquisition & repeat placements while negotiating placement fees.
- Experience using activity targets to deliver results and steer performance.
- Proven performer with a history of qualifying, managing, and maintaining a database of clients & candidates.
