Overview

The IFC is looking for an energetic sales professional to join our team of Regional Account Managers. If you’re a positive professional who enjoys making personal connections with your customers, independence, having fun, driving for success, then this Regional Account Manager sales career is for you. This position reports to the National Sales Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Perform inspections and develop service programs.
  • Present proposals and assist in closing sales.
  • Identify and create sales opportunities to drive new sales revenue.
  • Partner will field operations to retain and penetrate current customer accounts.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least three (3) years of Sales Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess a valid driver’s license
  • Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite skill to include Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Powerpoint

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pest Control Industry experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Applicable pest and other related certifications or licensing
  • Multi-state sales experience
Physical Demands / Working Environment

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

  • Lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
  • Safely lift, move, and climb ladders while using within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
  • Stand for extended periods of time, bend, use hands to fingers, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms
  • Speak, hear, utilize a telephone, and computer for frequent communications
  • Lead a national team remotely
  • Able to work in all types of weather conditions
  • Ability to travel up to 80% by automobile or air as needed, which can include overnights
