Overview

The IFC is looking for an energetic sales professional to join our team of Regional Account Managers.   • Perform inspections and develop service programs.
  • Present proposals and assist in closing sales.
  • Identify and create sales opportunities to drive new sales revenue.
  • Partner will field operations to retain and penetrate current customer accounts.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

The Successful Candidate Will

Qualifications Minimum Requirements:
  • At least three (3) years of Sales Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess a valid driver’s license
  • Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Pest Control Industry experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Applicable pest and related certifications or licensing
  • Multi-state sales experience
Physical Demands / Working Environment

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

  • Lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
  • Safely lift, move, and climb ladders within manufacturer’s weight capacity
  • Stand for extended periods, bend, use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms
  • Speak, hear, use telephone and computer for frequent communications
  • Lead a national team remotely
  • Able to work in all types of weather conditions
  • Travel up to 80% by automobile or air as needed, including overnights
