This person is responsible for the development, management, and growth of the Unrivaled Teamwear Pro Sports business, including the Mid-tier Retail and Venue/Concessionaire distribution channels. A primary responsibility of key, strategic account (Fanatics/Lids/Rally House/DSG) and customer/sales representative leadership management, execution and performance, including partnership development, business planning, channel/customer forecasting, program development, etc. This person will work collaboratively with the Sr. Manager – Collegiate Retail Sales to best support and optimize our overall Pro Sports/Collegiate business.

Primary Responsibilities- Responsible for overall Sales/Business Management and account profitability for channels/key customers.
- Develop short and long-term business and marketing plans to achieve revenue and profit objectives.
- Drive a consistent, analytical evaluation of the teardown channel and customer(s) business.
- Responsible for key customer inputs required for Weekly Staff and Monthly Business Review meetings.
- Manage the development and corresponding maintenance of accurate, timely customer forecasts.
- Support and drive a disciplined, collaborative communication philosophy and working relationship with internal support departments.
- Participate and contribute to seasonal product/art development and review process.
- Support and contribute to the planning and execution of Sales Meetings, Trade Shows, and key customer meetings/presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years’ of apparel experience, and/or key retail buyer/merchandising experience
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Sales Management experience recommended but not mandatory
- Business Planning experience preferred
