About the Team

Dash Mart is a local‑fulfillment center owned and operated by Door Dash, offering fast, reliable, and high quality delivery. Customers order through the Door Dash app and our team members fulfill orders in a real store, for Dashers to deliver. We’re open early and close late – some sites even run 24/7!

Dash Mart is looking for a motivated individual that excels in fast‑paced, physical environments, and is excited to roll up sleeves and actively engage in day‑to‑day operations. In this role, your tasks will include:

• Inventory receiving and management: Accurately receive and stock inventory, ensuring all products are accounted for and safeguarded. Monitor product quality and freshness, follow HACCP and food handling.
• Pick, pack and sort: Use technology to scan packages, pick and stage orders, and handoff to Dashers.
• Delight customers: Communicate clearly and pleasantly with customers through the app when substitutions needed.
• Warehouse organization and safety: Maintain a safe working environment, perform cleaning and organization tasks.
• Team player: Contribute to a positive environment, bring Door Dash values to life, engage respectfully with team and customers.
• Runner/Dasher coordination (where applicable): Guide Runners and Dashers to pickup locations, manage traffic.
• Food preparation (where applicable): Assist in light preparation of foods and pre‑packaging for delivery, willing to learn basic kitchen skills.

• Market Competitive pay (10pm-6am will receive a $2 increase in pay)

• You have great communication skills, willing to learn, and are a problem solver.
• You thrive within a team environment and enjoy a variety of duties.
• You have experience within retail, customer service, food and beverage, administrative, healthcare or similar industries where you perform a variety of tasks.
• You have customer facing experience and love to delight customers.
• You’re able to be on your feet and handle warehouse duties including lifting up to 50 pounds (depending on site requirements) with or without accommodations.
• You have a minimum of a High school diploma or GED equivalent and are 18 years of age or older.

Base Pay: $15.60 USD
