Marketing Coordinator

• Creating, editing, and optimizing marketing materials and content
• Managing the marketing calendar and ensuring timely completion of tasks
• Coordinating with internal teams and external agencies for creative and technical deliverables
• Supporting digital marketing efforts including website, social media, and email campaigns
• Maintaining CRM systems and leveraging customer data for targeted outreach
• Assisting with trade shows, client events, and internal communications
• Monitoring marketing activity and reporting on performance and ROI

Success in this role requires creativity, organization, and strong communication skills. We’re looking for a professional who demonstrates:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, journalism, or bulk material handling industries
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing data
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Familiarity with manufacturing environments
• Experience working with marketing and advertising agencies
• Bilingual capabilities
