This is a full-time on-site role based in Lenexa, KS, for a Dual Property Director of Sales. The individual in this role will oversee sales strategies and initiatives for two properties, focusing on driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include managing property sales efforts, building and nurturing client relationships, leading sales team members, and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. The Director of Sales will also oversee key account management and participate in budgeting and forecasting to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications- Skills in Facility Management (FM) and Property Management
- Expertise in Customer Service to foster positive client relationships
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning to support revenue goals
- Knowledge in Real Estate operations, acquisitions, and property development
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is a plus
