The Manager of Collegiate Partnerships is a relationship-driven, sports-obsessed business leader who thrives at the intersection of collegiate athletics, brand partnerships and operational excellence. This position is responsible for growing and maximizing collegiate partnerships by building authentic, long‑lasting relationships with university stakeholders, vendors and internal teams. A true ambassador of Rally House, the Manager ensures each partnership reflects the tradition, pride, and culture of each campus while delivering strong business results.
From onboarding new collegiate partners to supporting marquee events, this role blends strategic thinking, people leadership, and a deep love of college sports to drive innovation, revenue growth, and unforgettable fan experiences.
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for collegiate partners, fostering trust‑based, long‑term partnerships with universities, vendors, and internal Rally House teams
- Act as a key liaison across Rally House departments (Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, and Leadership) to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives
- Lead and support strategic transitions when onboarding new collegiate partnerships, ensuring alignment with campus traditions and brand standards
- Ensure all partnership agreements and commitments are upheld by both Rally House and partner organizations
- Support and be present at major collegiate events, including Big Ten and Big 12 activations, serving as a visible and engaged Rally House representative
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies that maximize partner impact and fan engagement
- Identify and implement innovative opportunities to elevate existing partnerships and expand their long‑term value
- Drive partner‑related initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring attention to detail and follow‑through
- Facilitate regular partner touchpoints, including quarterly business reviews and ongoing check‑ins, to maintain alignment and proactively address opportunities or challenges
- Consistently deliver experiences that delight partners, fans, and internal stakeholders

QualificationsAssociates or Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Sports Marketing and Business, or a related field preferred;
Minimum of 5 years of management or partnership‑related experience preferred; A genuine passion for sports is required
Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment;
Able to clearly view and read information on a computer screen;
Occasionally lift or move items up to 15 pounds
Must be able to travel up to two consecutive weeks during peak collegiate events; 50-75% travel expected
