We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the maintenance team as a Maintenance Technician. You will make a difference in the lives of residents by ensuring the place they call home is a safe and attractive living environment. This position functions to maintain and repair the equipment, operating systems, structure and grounds of the residence.

• Regularly walk throughout the residence and grounds to check equipment, maintain appearance, and ensure safety
• Complete and document work orders as assigned by the Maintenance Director, including maintenance and repairs for the building, grounds, and equipment
• Follow troubleshooting guidelines and report to the Maintenance Director any parts or supplies needed to complete repairs
• Assist the Director with completion and documentation of inventory, preventative maintenance, warranties, inspections, and oversee work performed by outside vendors
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines

• Previous experience in a related trade or position, preferably with expertise in electrical, HVAC and repairs and/or maintenance
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle as part of service and delivery requirements, as required
