The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the company’s operations are timely, efficient, and cost-effective. This position will assist in all supply chain initiatives duties including executing vendor cost updates, expediting replenishment/purchasing, and supporting initiatives across the supply chain team.

- Partners with supply chain leadership to enable the execution of key initiatives supporting replenishment/purchasing, pricing, strategic sourcing, category management, etc.
- Processes Past Due Purchase Orders to expedite shipping and ensure all SKUs are stocked appropriately.
- Utilizes available purchase order reporting tools to analyze open purchase order data and work with foreign and domestic freight providers to maintain correct product delivery schedules
- Enters provided purchase order information into the ERP as well as any additional required data base or document (spreadsheet)
- Analyzes vendor provided order confirmations, invoices or packings lists to ensure accuracy of proposed shipments
- Supports in scheduling inbound and outbound shipments
- Ensure vendor provided or freight forwarder provided documentation is accurate and concise with respect to the companies purchase order
- Where needed, supports in analyzing supply chain data such as lead times, costs, order quantities, etc…
- Supports in data accumulation and/or report generation for departmental or company related meetings
- Performsallotherduties as assigned.

- Abilitytostand,climb,bendandkneelonanoccasionalbasis.
- Prolongedperiodsofsittingatadeskandworking onacomputer.
- Regularmanualdexterity/coordination:hand/eye movements,motor control.
- Regularvisualeffort:concentratedreadingofdocumentationorcloseviewingof computer displays.
- Able to push, pull and lift up to 15lbs.onanoccasionalbasis.
- Thispositionisnotexposedtoanyhazardoussubstances.
- High School graduate,orequivalentworkexperience.
- 2 years’ Supply Chain experience preferred.
- Intermediate computer knowledge including e-mail, Word, and Excel software. Pivot table experience preferred.
- Exceptional telephone manners, customer service skills, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management, replenishment/purchasing, and pricing a plus.
- Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge
