Responsibilities
Lead assessment meetings by exploring system capabilities and best practices with customerCreate and maintain documentation of user requirements and system configurationReview system design and confirm facility layout with customerWork closely with internal teams to relay requested system design modificationsModify and develop system configurator to reflect the functionality depicted in assessment documentationAdhere to customer’s defined policy for system governance and change managementLead efforts to develop, display, and understand customer performance metrics using both proprietary and non-proprietary platformsResearch, document, and collate baseline assessments of our customer’s integrated systemsParticipate in continuous improvement huddles with customers to promote adoption of technologies and ongoing optimization of systems through:- Consultative discovery meetings
- Analysis of current state operations and desired outcomes
- Providing recommendations for configuration changes, process improvement, and system support needs
Work closely with Application Specialists to develop plans for training, implementation, and adoption of technologyWork closely with Technicians and Application Specialists to ensure correct system configuration performanceTriage customer issues and provide a resolution or refer to other subject matter experts when necessaryPresent a positive attitude and self-assured image to the community on behalf of SWCMaintain a commitment to achieve a “best in class” program through continuous improvementAll other duties assignedTravel Obligations
Occasional day travel within governed region is requiredInfrequent overnight travel for special events and team member functionsAdministrative responsibilities
Maintain data for benchmarking customer performance metricsMaintain current state documentation for any/all governed systemsAssist with producing supporting material for presentationsAttend coordination meetings and update status of all assigned activitiesAccurately record time allocated towards projects, service contracts, etc.Additional responsibilities as assignedEducation/Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Clinical Informatics, Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, OR equivalent work experience demonstrating proficiency in field preferred
