In this in-office role, you’ll be joining a team that combines the personal touch of local service with the resources and brand recognition of a national leader. Whether you're an ambitious newcomer with your licenses or a seasoned professional looking to grow your income, you’ll have immediate access to sales-ready leads and over 10,000 existing clients to engage.
Key Responsibilities- Advise prospective and existing clients on Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance offerings.
- Develop tailored coverage solutions through needs-based conversations and active listening.
- Manage and grow a book of business through consistent outreach, retention strategies, and consultative upselling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, policy accuracy, and compliance.
- Maintain licensure standards and remain current on industry and product updates.
- Meet or exceed individual performance metrics related to sales, activity, and client engagement.
- Participate in regular professional development, including coaching and training sessions.
- Licensing assistance available for unlicensed candidates.
- Structured onboarding and ongoing sales training.
- Long-term career advancement opportunities within a nationally recognized agency framework.
- Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses, or willingness to obtain with support.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confidence in a high-activity sales environment, working directly with warm leads.
