AV Technician

Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience

• Perform service calls and system diagnostics on AV systems
• Provide technical support for integrated AV solutions
• Assist with equipment setup and testing during downtime
• Interpret schematics and technical documentation for troubleshooting
• Maintain records of service activities and client interactions
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members for timely project completion
• Stay updated with emerging AV technologies and practices

• CTS certification required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the audio-visual industry
• Strong familiarity with AV networking, especially Netgear systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation

• Experience in both service and installation roles
• Knowledge of emerging AV technologies
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
