Senior Data Analyst
Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract to hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the St. Louis and Kansas City areas.
We are currently seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join a client team.
Responsibilities- Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate data findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with leadership to define and support analytics strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and integrity through validation and cleansing processes.
- Maintain and support data management systems to enable reliable data storage and retrieval.
- Partner with IT, analytics, and business teams to integrate data solutions into workflows and applications.
- Work cross functionally to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Utilize data analysis, modeling, and visualization tools to perform in depth analysis.
- Stay current on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in data analytics.
- Recommend improvements to enhance system performance, efficiency, and reporting capabilities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Three or more years of experience in data analysis and interpretation.
- Strong understanding of data analysis principles, statistical techniques, and data modeling.
- Proficiency with data analysis and modeling tools.
- Experience using data visualization platforms to create dashboards and reports.
- Strong knowledge of relational database management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business insights.
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
