• Identify, document, and educate partners on client EDI requirements
• Analyze business objectives and document necessary requirements for project execution
• Monitor and ensure EDI compliance in critical areas such as Member Eligibility and Claims Data
• Manage EDI deliverables for internal and external stakeholders
• Act as a liaison between business customers and technology providers

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in technical or business disciplines, or equivalent field experience
• Minimum 3 years of EDI technical or business work experience
• 3+ years of SQL experience and experience with HIPAA X12 Standard Transactions
• Proven ability to document business requirements through various analytical methods

• Previous experience collaborating with business users and quality assurance testers in a corporate environment
• Knowledge of common healthcare EDI transactions such as 834, 837, and 835
• Ability to create and analyze SQL queries for EDI data evaluation
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication across all organizational levels
• Experience in software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum processes
