Summary

This Project Manager will lead system consolidation and conversion efforts tied to a credit union merger. The position will manage data, CRM, and platform integration work, support Agile delivery, and coordinate cross-team activities to keep the merger program on track.

Responsibilities

* Manage system consolidation and core conversion activities associated with a credit union merger.

* Oversee data and CRM integration efforts including marketing platforms, internal systems, and website alignment.

* Drive Agile project delivery using two-week sprints and maintain progress in Azure Dev Ops.

* Prepare project updates, RAID logs, and status reports for leadership and stakeholder groups.

* Collaborate with technical and business teams to align timelines, requirements, and deliverables.

* Support cross-functional teams by identifying risks, resolving issues, and ensuring clear communication.

Requirements

* Background in Financial Services with experience supporting system consolidation or complex integration work.

* Familiarity with data, CRM, or back-office platforms including ERP systems.

* Comfortable working with technology and understanding project details at a high level.

* Skilled in Agile project management including sprint planning and progress tracking in ADO.

* Strong organizational, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities.

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, flexible environment and collaborate with multiple leaders.
