Location:
Lenexa, KS (Onsite)

Pay Rate: $45.00-$55.00/hr + Health, Dental, Vision, 401k Benefits

Duration: 6-12 Month Contract to hire or Renewable Contract

Bright Minds' industry leading client is searching for an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join their team in the Lenexa, KS area. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for Project Managers, Safety Coordinators, and Work Method / field support roles across large-scale electrical construction projects.
  • Partner with Operations, Project Leadership, and Safety teams to align hiring priorities with project timelines and workforce plans, as well as support onboarding.
  • Execute high-volume recruiting strategies to meet aggressive staffing demands across multiple projects or regions.
  • Proactively source and build talent pipelines using Linked In, job boards, referrals, and industry-specific outreach.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical capability, safety awareness, and cultural fit.
  • Manage candidate workflow, interviews, offers, and documentation within the ATS, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Requirements for the Corporate Recruiter
  • 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience, with demonstrated success in high-volume hiring environments.
  • Prior recruiting experience within electrical construction, EPC, manufacturing, or industrial environments is preferred.
  • Experience recruiting professional and operational roles such as Project Managers, Safety, or field-support positions.
  • Hands-on experience with an ATS; iCIMS experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
