Job DescriptionManages day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities. Liaises between customers and management to ensure smooth operations delivery. Leads, coordinates, and manages projects to ensure they are delivered within allotted budget and timelines. Maintains proper accountability and management of time utilized and equipment personally used. Provides support and supervision to assigned support positions. Provides direction and guidance to internal teams to achieve performance targets.
Coordinates with the Revenue Department to correct documentation and clear charges. Communicates professionally with personnel, outside agencies, physicians, customers, and executives. Assembles and maintains physical patient charts from admission through discharge. Serves as a liaison between patients, families, staff, and medical personnel. Maintains unit census records, daily assignment sheets, and updates admissions, transfers, and discharges. Projects a positive, friendly, and helpful demeanor while interacting with patients, visitors, physicians, and staff.
Performs other duties as assigned.
- High School Grad or Equ (Required)
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Non Violent Crisis Intervention Program - EV Accredited Issuing Body
