Part-time Occupational Therapist

Super Speech Therapy specializes in providing pediatric therapy services in the Johnson County area. Conveniently located in Lenexa, KS, the practice is dedicated to making therapy sessions accessible and affordable for families. Super Speech Therapy focuses on creating engaging and personalized therapy that aligns with each child’s unique needs and interests. The team collaborates closely with families to create individualized therapy plans and goals, ensuring that children achieve progress at their own pace.

This is an on-site part-time position for an Occupational Therapist based in Lenexa, KS. The Occupational Therapist will assess, plan, and implement therapy programs tailored to the needs of pediatric clients. Key activities include providing direct therapy services, creating individualized treatment plans, documenting client progress, and collaborating with families and other specialists to support therapy goals. The role requires a focus on helping children achieve developmental milestones and improve their daily functional skills.

Our current caseload needs are Tuesday and Thursday (possible Monday afternoons if interested!) with room for growth (if desired!). Pay is $60 per hour for direct client time. (sessions are 45 minutes in length). We are looking for an individual who is fun, energetic and passionate about being a pediatric OT!

• Knowledge of Occupational Therapy principles, evaluation techniques, and treatment planning
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with families, caregivers, and colleagues
• Experience or expertise in pediatric therapy and child development
• Documenting, tracking progress, and creating individual therapy reports
• Valid Occupational Therapy license in Kansas
• Ability to work on-site in Lenexa, KS
• Organized, compassionate, and able to tailor therapy methods to meet the individual needs of children
