Shift Schedule- Days: 6 am‑2:30 pm & 6 am‑6:30 pm
- Evenings: 5 pm‑9 pm & 6 pm‑10 pm

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Medication Aide/Tech (CMA/CMT) to join our team. The Certified Medication Aide/Tech is responsible for administering medication under the direct supervision of the Charge Nurse and providing direct, hands‑on care to residents.
Responsibilities- Administer medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders and facility policy.
- Report changes in resident’s condition immediately to the Charge Nurse.
- Review Tenant Service Plans as needed to maintain familiarity with tenant service needs and preferences.
- Review the 24‑hour communication log and Tenant Service Notes daily for information about changes in tenant service needs and/or health conditions.
- Provide personal services to tenants as assigned and as indicated on Tenant Service Plans.
- Assist tenants with medications and/or treatments as assigned and allowed by regulation.
- Respond to calls from the emergency call system in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate knowledge of and follow infection control procedures.
- Assist in the dining room during meal times.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and safe environment by providing housekeeping services as needed.
- Assist with individual tenant and group social/recreational activities as requested; encourage tenant participation in activities.
- Monitor for changes in tenant needs, preferences, and/or health status, and report/document any changes according to established procedures.
- Respond to emergencies in an appropriate manner as per training received.
