Note:
Successful applicants will be employees of Raise Limited, working at Exxon Mobil facilities with both Exxon Mobil employees and other contractors.
- Review FEED Contractor deliverables for Automation, Instrumentation, and Controls to ensure safe, cost effective, and operable equipment and systems, including instrumentation, valves, package interfaces, and Control & Safety Systems cabinets and consoles.
- Validate Automation and I&C specifications, drawings, and deliverables in accordance with the Engineering Integration Surveillance Plan (EISP) and Job Specification/Scope of Work (SoW).
- Ensure Smart Plant Instrumentation (SPI) stakeholders data exchange, work processes, and deliverables are aligned and compatible with Company SPI final deliverable requirements.
- Support PT Telecoms Lead and FEED Contractor delivery of Telecommunications scope and deliverables per the SoW.
- Set clear expectations for critical thinking regarding:
- Automation Contractor technical evaluations
- Instrument selection, including metering and multiphase metering technologies
- Control system boundaries and delineation
- Working knowledge of Cyber Security systems and steward compliance with Industrial Control System Requirements (ICSR).
- Interface effectively with multiple project stakeholders, including Operations. Communicate risks, issues, and sensitivities early.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Chemical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- 10+ years of directly related experience as a Lead Automation, Instrumentation, and Controls Engineer or equivalent.
- Problem solving and leadership skills with proven ability to manage Contractor I&C team
- Prior Exxon Mobil experience is preferred
