Education & Experience:
Associate Degree OR equivalent industry experience
10+ years of civil design experience, with a focus as technical lead or project lead
Strategic Mindset: Ability to anticipate challenges and align project goals with business objectives.
Decision Quality: Makes informed, data-driven decisions.
Drives Results: Ensures timely and high-quality project completion.
Manages Complexity: Effectively navigates regulatory and logistical challenges.
Ensures Accountability: Holds self and teams responsible for outcomes.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management software.
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
Additional Requirements:
Travel: Frequent travel for client meetings, site visits, and stakeholder coordination.
Physical: Ability to sit for extended periods, work on a computer, and occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
