* ** What's the Job?*
* + Manage the return and exchange process for business Network equipment
+ Maintaining Inventory and accounting functions of all returns and exchanges.
+ Facilitate warranty exchanges
+ Support customer service with complex return issues
+ Clean, test, and grade electronics for functionality and quality
** What's Needed?*
* + High school diploma or equivalent
+ Reliable transportation
+ Must be able to professionally communicate via phone, email and face to face
+ Ability to work in the warehouse and able to lift up to 50lbs and climb ladders occasionally.
+ Strong PC skills, especially Excel
+ Solid decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities
