Position SummaryWe are seeking a Client Success Representative who will act as the voice of the client within our company. This role is vital to ensuring our clients' needs are met with excellence and efficiency. You’ll be responsible for managing communication, tracking and verifying orders, resolving issues, and ensuring accurate billing—playing a key role in delivering a seamless fulfillment experience.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact and internal advocate for assigned clients.
- Monitor and manage client orders from initiation through delivery.
- Investigate and resolve any order issues, delays, or discrepancies.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with clients regarding order status, updates, and resolutions.
- Ensure all services are properly billed and invoiced in a timely manner.
- Collaborate closely with operations, billing, and inventory teams to ensure smooth workflows.
- Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and operational efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving mindset—someone who doesn’t wait for direction but takes initiative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, especially under pressure.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
- Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly.
- Prior experience in a customer service, logistics, or fulfillment role is a plus.
- Starting pay of $20-22 per hour, with advancement opportunities as we continue to rapidly grow.
