Brief Description
The Licensing Coordinator will serve two specific roles in the compliance portion of the licensing department's charge in making sure all art is within compliance for each collegiate institution as well as other licensed properties. The licensing retail art coordinator will be the primary contact for sales reps and licensed properties providing updated logo sheets that will in turn be uploaded to the gfsi licensing website for reference.
This position will be responsible for nearly 1200 schools' art sheets and over 250 pro sports licensed pages. The second role is to support the licensing coordinators with artwork submissions and hold release as workload allows.

Essential Duties- Assist with submission of artwork - submissions, responses, pending, approvals
- Release Holds for non-pending artwork orders
- Misc. tasks from licensing manager
- Review all licensed event artwork that is flagged to be reviewed. Review proper marks, verbiage and colors.
- Review licensing holds report to review pending orders. Notify ASA when adjusting ship dates due to an order waiting approval from an institution.
- Contact for any questions relating to Gear licensed artwork from sales reps or ASA's.
- Maintain institutions' licensing pages, working with Sr Artist to update pages when notified.
- Submits sample orders required by institutions through ASA's and ships when ready.
- Work with art design to review specific sketch requests.
- Review Art Complete Licensor Art Approval Report to view artwork complete but order on hold.
- Submit artwork for patch and SMU designs for approval prior to production overseas.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- College degree in Sports Management, Communications or Business is preferred
- One – three years of experience working with quality review preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Oracle experience a plus
