Brief Description
The Business Integration & Automation Intern will support process optimization, compliance governance, and data analytics initiatives within the Business Integration team. This role is ideal for a highly analytical, systems-oriented student interested in supply chain operations, business intelligence, and automation using Microsoft tools and AI technologies.

MainResponsibilities Customer Compliance Governance
- Review, update, and organize customer compliance guides
- Standardize documentation structure and version control
- Design and implement a sustainable process to ensure guides remain current
- Create centralized access structure within Microsoft 365 (SharePoint/Teams)
- Design and build an automated chargeback tracking tool using Microsoft tools (Excel, Power Automate, SharePoint Lists, Power BI)
- Develop workflows for intake, root cause assignment, and escalation
- Explore AI‑assisted automation for data classification and trend identification
- Document process flows and governance controls
- Create KPI dashboards and executive reporting views
- Develop chargeback trend analytics and root cause visibility tools
- Design performance metrics tied to compliance and operational risk
- Support development of visual dashboards in Power BI or Excel
- Must be currently enrolled in University of Georgia, University of South Carolina, University of Cincinnati, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, University of Southern California, University of Maryland
- Pursuing degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, Power BI) preferred
- Interest in process improvement, automation, and AI applications
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Detail‑oriented with ability to structure unorganized data
- Real‑world experience in process governance and systems integration
- Exposure to supply chain compliance and retail operations
- Hands‑on experience building automation workflows
- Experience designing dashboards
- Cross‑functional exposure across Sales, Operations, Customer Service, EDI, Finance, and IT
