- 8-10+ years of business analysis experience, with 3+ years within Workers Comp Claims.
- Clear understanding and experience with statutory and compliance reporting requirements for multi-jurisdictional Workers’ Compensation claims.
- Extensive experience integrating multiple vendors needed for Workers’ Compensation claim handling.
- Strong experience with claims management and medical bill review solutions.
- Experience with iterative and agile methodologies, with working knowledge of both SDLC & PMLC processes.
- Hands‑on experience creating business process diagrams, data rules, business requirements, and functional requirements/user stories.
- Track record for Workers’ Compensation system implementation and support.
- Proficient with standard project and business tools including Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, UI mock‑up tools, etc.
- Proficient with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio).
