Senior Sales Support Coordinator; Service Sales

• Provide high-quality customer service to clients within the wind industry.
• Create, submit, and manage intercompany orders to our manufacturing facilities in Denmark, Poland, and India.
• Coordinate order progress, shipment timelines, and delivery status to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Work closely with the warehouse to plan shipments, resolve issues, and secure timely dispatch.
• Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation related to orders, shipments, and customer communication.
• Collaborate daily with international teams across multiple time zones.
• Update and track information in the ERP system to ensure accuracy and transparency.
• Maintain organized records and assist with continuous process improvements.

• 1–2 years of professional experience, ideally in an international environment.
• Customer service or order management background required.
• Experience working with ERP systems; familiarity with Microsoft D365 is highly preferred.
• Strong skills in Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
