Senior Sales Support Coordinator (Service Sales)
KK Wind Solutions is searching for a proactive and detail‑oriented customer service professional to support our wind industry customers and manage intercompany orders across our manufacturing sites in Denmark, Poland and India.
In this role you will serve as a key point of contact, building strong relationships, ensuring accurate order handling and working closely with factories, warehouse teams and international colleagues to secure timely deliveries.

Responsibilities- Provide high‑quality customer service to clients within the wind industry.
- Create, submit, and manage intercompany orders to our manufacturing facilities in Denmark, Poland and India.
- Coordinate order progress, shipment timelines and delivery status to ensure on‑time fulfillment.
- Work closely with the warehouse to plan shipments, resolve issues and secure timely dispatch.
- Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation related to orders, shipments and customer communication.
- Collaborate daily with international teams across multiple time zones.
- Update and track information in the ERP system to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Maintain organized records and assist with continuous process improvements.
- 1–2 years of professional experience, ideally in an international environment.
- Customer service or order management background required.
- Experience working with ERP systems; familiarity with Microsoft D365 is highly preferred.
- Strong skills in Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional and global teams.
- Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
