Job Summary:

Serves as a key member of the administrative team, responsible for providing overall general administrative support to their assigned engineers and experts, while coordinating with the Company’s Client Services Representatives (“CSR”)’s for the tracking and reporting of key metrics in accordance with executed client agreements and EDT company protocols. Must be well organized, highly detail oriented, dependable, and capable of managing a multitude of tasks and responsibilities in a highly paced professional work environment.

Is highly proficient working with the Microsoft Office® suite of software and experienced formatting different types of documents and professional deliverables including photographs, spreadsheets, and presentations. Provides sound judgement and the ability to learn quickly and adapt to different personalities, while ensuring compliance with company policies. Is self-motivated, decisive, and capable of working with a wide range of professionals with a dedication to ethics, quality, and customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities Responsibilities

Case File Support:

  • Providing general administrative support for assigned experts, including word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, internet research, and filing as necessary. This may also include, but is not limited to providing:
  • General schedule coordination for onsite or other case-related meetings;
  • Assisting with both case- and non-case-related travel arrangements;
  • Supporting case-related file and evidence management;
  • Supporting case-related communication with clients, third parties, and other EDT resources, as necessary;
  • Assisting assigned experts and working with the Company’s Client Services Representatives with gathering information for case assignments, including client and claim information, scope of work, assignment location, date of loss, and client expectations / timelines;
  • Working with the Company’s Client Services Representatives to facilitate case setups, including the assignment of case numbers, ensuring the acquisition and execution of applicable Work Orders / Change Orders or other contractual approvals pursuant to executed client agreements and EDT company protocols;
  • Proofreading and providing non-technical review of written reports for assigned experts, including the incorporation of photos and captions, grammatical review and editing, and general formatting. Working in conjunction with the respective experts to incorporate approved edits;
  • Coordinating with assigned experts and the Company’s Client Services Representatives for all interim and final invoices, submitting written reports and other deliverables, and close-out of cases in accordance with executed client agreements and EDT company protocols;
  • Coordinating, as necessary, with your Regional Office Manager and other administrative team members;

Milestone Tracking & Internal Reporting:

  • Working in conjunction with the Company’s Client Services Representatives to identify key milestones, reporting, and invoicing requirements pursuant to established client agreements and EDT company protocols;
  • Ensuring assigned experts execute key milestones within the framework and established deadlines of executed agreements, agreed upon timelines, and EDT company protocols;
