Data Entry Clerk, MSO

Responsible for entering work orders for dental and laboratory handpieces. Reviews work orders to verify customer warranty claims. Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs

• Enters work orders for dental and laboratory handpieces
• Reviews work orders to verify customer warranty claims
• Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs
• Completes warranty work for various vendors, specifically tracking items to ensure accuracy
• Acts as a backup to the Customer Service Representatives, by assisting with taking overflow telephone calls, at times of high call volume
• Work with Microsoft Office
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.

• Previous experience in a relevant position desired
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) preferred.

• High School degree or equivalent required

• Ability to read, understand and perform standard procedures and work instructions
• Basic math and logic skills required
• Basic computer skills and software use (email, document prep, and spreadsheets) desired

• Travel - typically not required
• Position typically works in an office environment where environmental conditions are stable
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee routinely is required to sit for extended periods of time; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, stretch and lift up to 15 pounds
