What You'll Do
You ll lead our month-end and year-end closing process—this means making sure all financial transactions are recorded correctly and on time. You ll prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and track important assets like equipment, inventory, and software investments.
You ll also work closely with our project management team on revenue recognition, prepare budget-to-actual analyses, and create monthly financial reports with your insights on the results. Additionally, you ll help lead our annual budgeting process and handle customer invoicing.
What You'll Bring- Bachelor s degree in Accounting (CPA license is a plus)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in general accounting and financial reporting
- Solid understanding of GAAP
- Strong skills in accounting software systems and Excel
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teammates at all levels
- Proactive attitude—you spot potential issues before they become problems
