Hermes Landscaping is seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team in Kansas City. With over 60 years of excellence, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive leader to support our Accounting Department. • Strong Accounting Proficiency – Solid understanding of accounting practices, billing, reporting, and job costing in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Process Champion – Ability to assess and improve processes for optimal efficiency and compliance.
• Reporting Accuracy – Proficient with accounting software and digital tools to support data accuracy and departmental success.
• Team Collaborator – Works cross-functionally to support day-to-day operations, customer satisfaction, and internal workflows.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or 5+ years in an accounting role
• Skilled in budgeting, reporting, billing, collections, and contract processing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience supporting growing teams and improving workflows
• Maintains confidentiality and accuracy in all financial data
