  • Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Inside Sales Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals. Your responsibilities will include creating and submitting sales reports, building rapport with new and existing customers within your territory, evaluating their needs, and negotiating successful deals. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals.

    This position encompasses customer service and sales. The position also requires full product, sales, and order entry process knowledge, as well as industry knowledge, product awareness, and an ability to sell the brand. The role must also be able to handle all customer types (construction, special event, seasonal, long term) as well as interact professionally with all team personality types.

    Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers, provide customer support, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Possess product knowledge and pricing to offer all available products to customers so they can make informed decisions about their rental and/or service selection.
  • Complete understanding of the entire customer service process including notes, order entry, complaint handling, inventory availability, service issues, and accounts receivable topics.
  • Answer inbound telephone calls and redirect to the appropriate department if necessary.
  • Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Meet or exceed designated sales targets.
  • Create and implement an effective sales strategy.
  • Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) program.
  • Work with all software the company uses to manage and maintain customers and remain proficient in CRM and order entry in dispatching software.
  • Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales.
  • Generate leads by finding potential new sales opportunities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as requested and needed (weekends and overtime required during busy season from May to September).
  • 5+ years experience in customer service.
  • 5+ years experience in sales.
  • Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and ability to be persistent.
  • Drug-Free, must pass a drug test if/when requested.
