- Proactively engages, connects and listens to customers by asking questions to determine customers’ needs.
- Directing customers to merchandise; informing them about upcoming events, promotions, mobile offers, STAR card promotions all while providing premier customer service.
- Maintains store appearance.
- Using a Point-of-Sales system, processing cash exchanges, discounts, gift cards, credit cards, debit cards (cash handling) including counting money and returning accurate amounts to customer.
- Must possess the knowledge and skills necessary to perform job duties.
- Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
- Previous Retail Experience preferred but not required.
- Be available to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- No experience required. High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
