Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Experienced Field Service Representative to support the F/A-18 E/F Aircraft at Lemoore, California
. This role involves traveling to a variety of locations (domestic and/or international) to meet customer needs, possibly on short notice, and may require relocation based on customer or management needs. Specific contracts may require deployment to a U.S. DOD contingency operation, necessitating military contractor health standards clearance.
- Support aircraft maintenance testing and troubleshooting, technical training, and engineering reach back support.
- Occasionally travel to meet customer needs.
- Provide avionics systems support, including IRST, mission computers and displays, communication and navigation equipment, sensors and cueing systems, weapons and weapon control systems, video systems, electronic warfare systems, electronic flight controls, aircraft electrical systems, and the electrical portion of ECS and fuel systems.
- Lead technical field support of company products.
- Perform troubleshooting procedures for multiple systems and specialty coverage.
- Resolve maintenance and operational issues.
- Monitor product performance and recommend resolutions of potential issues.
- Analyze technical data and evaluate maintenance procedures.
- Develop and conduct ad-adhoc training.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with avionics system repair, testing, and troubleshooting on military platforms.
- Willing and able to deploy and travel to a variety of locations on short notice, domestic and international. Failure to do so may be considered resignation.
- Willing and able to relocate to meet customer needs and the statement of work. Failure to relocate may be considered resignation.
- Valid U.S. passport for international travel.
- Previous experience as a field service representative supporting military customers.
- Experience leading aviation maintenance teams.
- F-18 experience.

Pay is based on experience, qualifications, and market considerations. Summary pay range: $91,800 – $124,200.
