Een organisatie in de geestelijke gezondheidszorg in Lelystad zoekt een Persoonlijk Begeleider Bemoeizorg voor minimaal 24 uur per week. In deze rol begeleid je cliënten naar zelfstandigheid en help je hen bij praktische zaken zoals schulden en administratie. Je zorgt voor verbinding met andere professionals en het sociale netwerk van de cliënten. Dit is een uitdagende functie waar je direct impact hebt op de levens van anderen, met een salaris tussen €3.456 en €4.579 op basis van 36 uur per week.
