Als docent Nederlands Entree & Breed niveau 2 ben je zowel docent als mentor voor een groep van circa 15 studenten. Je verzorgt lessen in LOB, communicatieve vaardigheden en keuzedelen, waarbij je aansluit bij de leefwereld van de student. Je motiveert, coacht en begeleidt studenten richting het behalen van hun diploma, ook wanneer het leertraject niet vanzelfsprekend verloopt.
Je stimuleert aanwezigheid en betrokkenheid in de klas en onderhoudt contact met ouders/verzorgers en waar nodig met hulpverleners. Daarnaast neem je deel aan team overleggen, ouderavonden en open dagen en voer je bijbehorende administratieve werkzaamheden uit.
