Installer - Construction General Laborer

We are hiring Installer – Construction General Laborers for our award‑winning team in Leland, NC
.

• Organize, carry, and load heavy job materials (up to 50 lb), set‑up and clean‑up tasks
• Dig and back‑fill trenches and holes
• Make repairs in crawl spaces, basements, and around foundations
• Work exposed to outdoor elements—heat, cold, rain, etc.

• Previous construction industry experience
• Valid, non‑restrictive driver’s license (required for promotion)
• Ability to lift up to 22 kg and stand/ walk for long periods of time
• Capacity for strenuous labor under adverse conditions
• Knowledge of trade‑specific tools and correct equipment use
• Ability to foster a positive team environment and uphold safety, anti‑bullying, harassment, and discrimination policies
• Professionalism, integrity, and respect for colleagues and customers
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
