Successful dealership is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Assistant Sales Manager to help lead and motivate the area sales team.

• Oversees sales team and process to ensure acceptable levels of sales gross profit.
• Ensures sales team is trained, motivated, and available.
• Helps to establish sales forecasts.
• Provides prompt, dependable, high-quality customer service.
• Helps to develop monthly and annual objectives for the sales department.
