Priority Pet Urgent Care is opening a brand new state-of-the-art clinic in Leland, NC. We are seeking DVMs at all career stages to join our team and help launch this clinic. Our mission is to provide easy-to-access quality care with a promise that pets are our priority. We offer flexible scheduling with no overnight shifts. Our brand-new building and state-of-the-art equipment provide the space and tools needed to deliver best-in-service medicine and bridge the gap between primary and emergency care. We provide our doctor partners medical autonomy while offering the support and business solutions based on their goals.

• Deliver high-quality veterinary care and support the bridge between primary and emergency services.
• Collaborate with the team to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support clinic operations and contribute to a positive clinic culture.
• Mentor other veterinarians and veterinary staff to promote professional growth and excellence.

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent) from an accredited university, and an active veterinary state license
• 5+ years of veterinary experience
• Current DEA license/USDA accreditation or obtained upon hire
• Compassionate leader with experience in managing a team and promoting a positive clinic culture aligned with Alliance Animal Health’s core values
• Effective communicator with a drive to provide the highest quality medicine and mentor others
