Compensation: $19.00 - $26.00 per hour
Behavior Technician – Leland/Wilmington, NCBlue Jay ABA specializes in providing high‑quality, in‑home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) works closely with each child and their family to deliver personalized, evidence‑based care.
We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable BTs/RBTs who share our mission to improve the quality of life for individuals with ASD.
Key Responsibilities- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Provide one‑on‑one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
- Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software.
- Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
- Maintain ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client’s progress.
- Develop and create teaching materials and visuals.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
