Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Leland, NC. The Customer Service Representative will provide assistance to customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include responding to customer calls and emails, managing orders, and maintaining customer satisfaction by delivering efficient, personalized service. Additional tasks may include handling feedback, resolving complaints, and collaborating with internal teams to improve service delivery.
Qualifications- Strong skills and experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in managing and improving Customer Experience
- Ability to maintain and enhance customer relationships as a Customer Service Representative
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills
- Organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with CRM systems and related tools is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
